Q: Can I create new customers on MC Seller?
A: There are two different ways to do that, as shown below:
Method 1: Use the "Create new Customer" function
Steps: MC Seller → More → Functions → "Customer" → "➕" in the upper right corner → Select "Country" and enter "VAT NO." → Verify company information → Click "Use" → Enter the name → ✅Save
Method 2: Create a new customer on the order page
Steps: MC Seller → "Order" page → Select "Orders" in the upper left corner as the order type → Create a new client → Select "Country" and enter "VAT NO." → Verify company information → Click "Use" → Enter the name → ✅Save
