Q: How to set up some categories not to be visible to certain customers on MS Manager?
A: You can set product visibility by category for new customers and existing customers on MS Manager.
Method 1: Set the default visible "Product category" for new customers
Go to MS Manager → Tap More→ Settings → Product privacy → Tap "Set product visibility by category for each customer" → Enable "Customer product visibility control" → Tap "Default visible products for a new customer" → Select categories → Tap "Confirm" on top right corner to save
Kind tips:
This operation is only effective for new customers who enter the store after the setting is completed. To set up an old customer, you need to customize the visible product category: go to customer page to set it individually or in batches. For more details, see Method 2 and Method 3.
Method 2: Set the visible "Product category" individually for old customers
Go to MS Manager → Tap Customer→ Select a customer → Tap "Edit" on top right corner → Settings → Visible products → Select categories → Tap "Save" on top right corner
Method 3: Set the visible "Product category" in batches for old customers
Go to MS Manager → Tap Customer→Tap ☑️ on top right corner to bulk modify → Tap"Bulk modify" → Select customers → Tap "Visible products" → Select categories → Tap "Confirm" on top right corner to save
