Step 1: Filter out customers who haven't placed orders for a while
Go to MS Manager → Tap Customer → Filter (on top right corner) → Tap "Activity status" → Select "No order in the last 1/3/6 months"
Step 2: Bulk set customers' permission
Go to Manager → Tap Customer → Tap ✅ on top right corner to bulk modify → Select multiple customers → Tap "Bulk modify" → Tap "Permission" and select “No access to view prices/No access to view products” → Tap ✓ on top right corner to save
