Why can't I modify or delete a transfer order (outgoing)?

Q: The transfer order (Outgoing) is locked, why can't I modify or delete it?

A: The transfer order (Outgoing) is locked because the QR code in the transfer order (incoming) has been scanned and transferred successfully , so if you want to delete the transfer order (Outgoing), you must first delete the corresponding transfer order (incoming).


Q: How to delete the transfer order (Outgoing)?

A: 1. Go to the Document page on MC Boss → Tap Document → Tap "Three lines" on top left corner → Select All Shop → Tap document type: Select "Transfer order (Incoming)" → Delete the corresponding "Transfer order (Incoming) " 

2. Next, tap "Three lines" on top left corner → Select All Shop → Tap document type: Select "Transfer order (outgoing) " → You can modify or delete the "Transfer order (outgoing)" which is no longer locked
